WALK . RUN . WEEKENDS

Brought Clover out on Saturday for a walk when our initial plan was to go trekking.
The rain got us trapped for nearly half an hour when we were at the park.
On a side note, thanks to the rain i was able to capture the moment when this little girl was so shy yet wanting to approach Clover, she ended up waving 'hello' to Clover.

And when i came in office this morning, i was thinking to myself - A week ago today i am still sleeping in Manila
:(

11 more weeks to exams
12 more weeks to the next holiday

Wishing for a better weather this Saturday ~

MANILA 2017

Finally found some time to pen down my trip to Manila with Hans & his parents.

First day was probably the craziest where i had less than 3 hours of rest after ending work + class and had to catch the flight at 2am. Our day started at 6am upon touching down.
Oh and did i mention, the guard at the casino stopped and ask how old i am.
It was seriously hilarious, all of us couldn't stop laughing.

Nonetheless, Hans brought me for all things i like - caught Beauty & the Beast, visited Wildflour (my favourite local bakery!), and many many more.
This time round i had so many firsts - their local theme park with 360° turns, local eat-what-you-choose seafood, high-tea runs, casino hopping.
I even created my very own Magnum! Hans called it - Jared's Magnum.

This getaway came just right on time, when i thought i needed a break from everything here.

Eat. Play. Sleep. Repeat.

That was literally what we did, taking things slow, fuss-free.
Always feeling thankful for being able to travel, seeing what other places have to offer and how their culture is like.
Some places draw me close to them, while others made me realise how lucky i am to be here.

Rested up for now and it's time to fight whatever comes till June.
Here's to a short short week.

WEEK 11

March has been pretty of a rocky hill.
Nonetheless, weekends were always made better when i'm with H.
& just last Sunday, the girls and i had steamboat lunch over at Charm's.
- How can 3 girls have steamboat, it's so neither here nor there.
There you go.
Visited the container houses over at Punggol (Tebing lane i think) and this was the view we got while having our binggsu.
Here's one from Clover to kick start the week.
Counting down to 4 more days till my next holiday 🚀
