SHOPPING DATE

So over the weekends I had my fair share of retail therapy, food therapy (rather food coma) with the girlies.

Well it certainly did take my mind off a lot of stuff.

Hmm and for now, there are things which I should be looking forward to but why am I not.

I’m tired, and I don’t want to have what celebration and what not.. 

MOONCAKE FESTIVE

So the mooncake festival is just around the corner, mum & I decided to attend mooncake lessons!

For now, I’m super glad that both air tickets and accommodation are checked.

And all I have to do now is to wait for the arrival of November!

However today HDB decided to push back the September BTO launch to November without any warning, and this was what I have been looking forward to so much the past months >;

Well, November is gonna be an exciting month, at least for me ~

THURSDAY

Dim sum yum with the old mates last night, never fail to have the most epic moments, never fail to have endless laughter.

I’m always glad I have them, always.

For now, air tickets checked to Manila, next up will be accommodation.

I can’t wait for November and tho it will be a short stay, I’m contented. 

BACK TO KITCHEN

& i'm finally back to the kitchen, getting all hands on again.

This week i retry my attempt on Speculoos Cupcake ↑

And this will be on Crumb Bites's this week launch (tomorrow!)

I really want this week to fly pass as soon as possible..

↓ Hans started his 1st day of work in Manila today and i was so happy everything went well.

At least it got him really occupied.

TILL AGAIN

So...

Hans is now all settled down in Manila, safe & sound.

Over the long holiday that was given to us (thankfully), we probably utilise every single minute that was available other than sleep-shower time.

And yesterday, we sent him off to this long journey of his, where we all know he will do fine.

I didn't want to be part of the photo cos of the swollen eye & runny mucus but all is fine now, thanks to Steve Jobs and the wonderful creation of technology.

(iPhone is probably my best buy till date!)

Thank you for the reassurance, time and again.

I can never thank you enough for everything, and from now on, we will both work for our common future, in this different space.

I will see you again in November, and until then, please take care.

WHAT MATTERS MOST

Over the past week, i spent all my time trying to maximise the amount of time I have left with Hans. 

From spending time together with him and his family to him joining my friends and family. 

And above it all, we are just glad that we could be each other's support. 

Well it will never be easy and now it's down to 3 more days..

Definitely dreading it, but I will still have to face it regardless. And what matters most is that we believe, and trust. 

Time will never be enough, and all that we can do is to look forward to the next time we meet again ..
